I’m going to stick my neck out a bit and say that, online, identity is the most important factor in any conversation or transaction. That’s not to say I’m a believer in tying these things to real-world, offline identities.

I believe it might be something to do with the media endpoint. As a workaround, I use the dsgnwrks Instagram importer plugin which does a great job fetching posts from Instagram.
I mentioned recently that I need to learn to code properly but it’s more a case of learning the environment in which I’m working. When I used to do a bit of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) in a previous role the VB side of it wasn’t an issue, the more complicated part was the A, the applications with their object models, and how you get them to do what you need.
